I think there is a big difference between Flash and the Google Maps API.
Flash is a format and free software can deal with it. There is nothing
free about gmaps, it's an opaque service where neither the
implementation nor the data is free. I don't think savannah should host
a project whose purpose is to work with it.
Android in general might be a different story, I'm not sure. What
submissions are we talking about, please?
