[Savannah-hackers-public] getting gawk-diffs mailing list?

Hi. I'm informed that there is an automated mailing list for sending out
diffs whenever something changes in emacs to subscribers of the list
(address@hidden).

I've had a request to have something like that set up for gawk. Can
that be done, please?
