Also fails immediately from my home machine and colonialone, as I

Used to work from all those.

Unfortunately, that is not what I am seeing.  It is still failing for me
right now, from any of fencepost, colonialone, and my home machine.
E.g.,

colonialone:~# ssh lists.gnu.org
ssh: connect to host lists.gnu.org port 22: No route to host

The failure is instantanteous.
