Some months ago somone (I don't remember who) sendme saavnnah.el
containing prewritten messages for be used in project evaluation.

I made some little updates and improovements to the file since then,
and I would like to upload them so we all admins we can use them
uniformly.  Is savannah.el hosted at some project in GNU Savannah?.
