Often someone wants to host a project in SV that contains auto
generated files like (But not only) Makefile.in or javadoc HTML. AFIK
a file with no explicit licence information have all the right
reserved, and that isn't free, so I ask the mantainter to make the
generation program put the Copyright info in files or if that is not
possible (Because it is an external program like autoconf or javadoc)
then to state the licences of the files in a README file in the same
manner as if they were images.
Please, an expert can confirm or deny this?.
Thanks in advance.
