For reference:
- I reported problem on /dev/md2 on Wed, 21 Oct 2009 09:10:26 +0200,
subject "colonialone: 2nd disk of /dev/md2 dead + filesystem errors
on newly created LV"
- You reported on the same thread, on Mon, 26 Oct 2009 15:19:41 -0400,
that another disk failed. I replied saying that indeed it should be
changed - but honestly, when you see a disk failing, DON'T WAIT!!!
