Details:

I decided to switch source code repository for libmatheval project from
Subversion to Mercurial.  Earlier today I made corresponding change in the
administration panel of the project, and I was able to successfully perform
the conversion.  However, libmatheval is still not listed at
http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/, and HTTP based read-only checkout is not
working (Hg commands over SSH works fine).  I remember I saw somewhere along
the way that it may take about half an hour for everything to get switched to
the new VCS system, so I'm wondering would this have to get fixed manually?
