Done. There was one problem -- the commits in lisp/mh-e were sent to
emacs-commit with diffs (and nothing to emacs-diffs). I've always
wondered why this happens; this is fixed now.
I hope that the unpleasant situation with large messages will be
resolved soon, one way or another.
