[Savannah-hackers-public] tries to find ac_config.php

Hi,

I found an error on line 81 of frontend/php/include/init.php. It calls
for ac_config.php , instead of ac_config.php.in .
Should I change the file name or line 81 to fit the file name? I
decided it would be easier to change the line, but the file name might
not fit your naming convention.
