At the moment Bibledit is hosted at
http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/bibledit.

With the latest release it has removed all references to and recommendations
of non-free software.

The latest tarball is available at
http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/bibledit/source/bibledit-3.4.tar.gz.

I am submitting Bibledit to your consideration whether it can now be regarded
as or included as GNU software.
