Details:

The website doesn't give me an option to change GPLv3 or later -> AGPLv3 or
later.

It may be a good idea for a simple upgrade path in the system, just as
LGPLv3->GPLv3 upgrading.

It wouldn't be an issue if this wasn't fixed until early August, when we'll
be doing marketing for the first beta release.
