Details:

The Savannah page for project "zebra" describes a program/library for
constraint satisfaction, but points to a homepage which describes a program
(also called "zebra") which is a network router.  The two projects don't seem
to be related.

Also, the home page (for the router program) seems to have been last updated
about 12 months before the zebra project (constraint satisfaction) was
created.
