[Savannah-hackers-public] git-cvsexportcommit failed to propagate execute bits again

I added coreutils' new tests/misc/sort-compress script recently,
and yet again, the git-cvsexportcommit script failed to propagate
execute bits to the ,v file in the CVS repository.

I've just fixed it manually.
This may have been fixed in newer versions of git than
the one installed on savannah.  I haven't had the time
to investigate yet.
