Hi Sylvain,
Remember the problem I had with auto-generated mail sent
via the coreutils git-update (to-cvs) hook?
I thought I'd worked around it by using mail's -a "From ..." option,
but that doesn't work (and now that I check, I wonder if it ever did).
I've included below what I received today, in response to a just-pushed
change to coreutils.git.
You said there is a rewrite rule to use each user's email address as
the sender. Is there a way to override that so I can send a message
with a From_ header that won't be rejected?
