The access to fencepost.gnu.org, lists.gnu.org and rt.gnu.org has been
restored. 

The T1 router at the FSF office suffered from a hardware failure yesterday
morning. We replaced the hardware with a backup machine.

As happens often with this sort of problem, it happened at the worst possible
time - yesterday was 'Thanksgiving', a holiday in the US.

Our apologies for the downtime - ironically we had been discussing the
replacement of this machine the day before it failed. Obviously, replacing
the T1 router with more modern hardware is a top priority now.
