[Savannah-hackers-public] Problems with account registration and email changes and its cause

Hi!

I've already mentioned it on the savannah IRC channel but here's another mail
explaining the problem.

Whilst setting up my savane sandbox I noticed that a critical function in
frontend/php/include/account.php was missing. I checked it and noticed
that the function was simply missing.
As of now a fix has been committed to the savane svn repository, however,
live-savannah has not been fixed yet.
What this means? It's simple: users can neither register new accounts nor 
change their email addresses.

It would be nice if someone could have a look at that and possibly fix it.
