[Savannah-hackers-public] Help with an Apache2 issue

Hi,


On a less urgent extent, we have troubles with restarting our
ViewCVS-enabled Apache2 installation.

The issuesis: some apache2 processes stall and are not killed during a
restart. This means that each week, after the log rotation and until
manually restarted, viewcvs is down.

ViewCVS is ran with mod_python; Apache2's child model is 'worker'.
