Hi,

Can you move http://www.gnu.org/software/gnome-kinyarwanda/ to 
www.nongnu.org/gnome-kinyarwanda/ ?

Incidentally, it would be good if the python script behaved the same
when non-GNU->GNU and GNU->non-GNU, ie. if enabling a non-GNU.org
webspace also automatically created to redirection from GNU.org if the
project already existed there. That's already the case when activating
GNU.org webspaces.
