Details:

In order to separate out the different bugs and allow some to be closed, I'm
filing this as a separate bug, even though these fixes are mentioned in
https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/index.php?61026 .

The fixes for ghostscript + libpng + fftw-3.3.8 together with a README.aarch64
file are given in

which is so far a single commit:

The bug itself for the three packages are fatal compile errors.
