Hello everyone,

I haven't had the energy or time to devote to ratpoison even for the
most rudimentary maintenance tasks for years. So I've appointed
Jérémie, address@hidden, as maintainer for the project.

This might be a good time for those interested to discuss future
directions, features, or wishes that ratpoison could take on.
