[RP] the wikis

Hi folks,

People have been asking so here's where we stand on the wikis. I have
a tarball of the wikis. The DNS entries point to hcoop where I have an
account. All I have to do is juggle the files around a bit on the
hcoop servers and build a domtool config file. I just don't have a lot
of time so it's slow going. I hope to have some time this weekend to
get it running.
