Yes, but I don't want to press Shift+Insert. I want to press C-t v.
So supposing this bug doesn't get fixed, where is the best place to implement
macros, such as mapping C-v to Shift+Insert? I'd like to do that anyhow,
since I don't use keys that I have to look down to use, so I would like to map
Ctrl combos to PgUp, PgDown, etc.
I looked through the ratpoison map page but didn't see a generic command for
sending arbitrary X key events.
