[RP] RATPOISON environment variable

Hi folks,

I thought this change was important enough to send an email about.

The RATPOISON environment variable is now bound to the full path of
the ratpoison binary. So in a script you can just use:

!/bin/sh
$RATPOISON -c "echo sabetts is the best."

Let me know what you think (maybe there's a better way I didn't think of?).
