[RP] bloody rdesktop again

Arrrgh.  Did we ever workout how to make rdesktop notice key-up
events?

I can't make rdesktop see KeyRelease: Super, so every time I use
type-to-find in firebird (over rdesktop), it logs out when I hit 'l',
and other such annoyances.

It even seems to carry across rdesktop sessions, even if you start
rdesktop from an xterm :-(
