Can ratpoison tell the difference, then?

I never thought much of the C-t default myself, but I've put very
little thought into it. On the other hand, ratpoison has been around
long enough, and used by enough people, that I don't think the
defaults should be changed. The important thing is that it can be
changed by the user in the .ratpoisonrc file.
