The last debian ratpoison package did NOT have the bug, meaning that
something that changed in between releases is responsible.
Using "C-t :banish" works correctly.
"C-t b" results in the cursor changing to the little square (C-t) then
being restored properly (b).
After "C-t b", the cursor only warps when C-t is pressed again, or when
the mouse is moved a little bit. Pressing keys on the keyboard doesn't
do anything.
keylaunch is not at fault; the bug is the same whether it is running or
not.
Geordie is running the latest unstable version of Debian on a Pentium
200 with 40 megs of ram.
I hope this summary helps narrow the bug down.
