[PATCH 1/9] net: Add spaces around operator/delete redundant spaces

Subject: [PATCH 1/9] net: Add spaces around operator/delete redundant spaces

Fix problems about spaces:
-operator needs spaces around it, add them. 
-somespaces are redundant, remove them.
