[PATCH 30/42] tcg: Introduce tcg_out_ld_helper_args

Subject: [PATCH 30/42] tcg: Introduce tcg_out_ld_helper_args

Centralize the logic to call the helper_ldN_mmu functions.
This loses out slightly on mips by not filling the delay slot,
but the result is more maintainable.
