Syntax at /etc/resolv.conf text file is:
nameserver {serverip}

If your dnsmasq is reachable at host's 127.0.0.1 then:
nameserver 127.0.0.1

I'm using this dedicated address because personal addresses aren't
masked enough at this mail public archive. Public archive administrator
should fix this against automated addresses collectors.
