Nothing happens if you use -cpu to change the CPU type except that
the CPU type changes. Note that this means you now have an odd thing
that doesn't correspond to any real world hardware, it's a VersatilePB
board but with an 1176 CPU in it. QEMU doesn't have a model of the
PB1176 devboard (which is the realworld ARM Realview PB series board
with an 1176).

There is unfortunately no documentation of exactly what is and isn't
modelled in our versatilePB board except for looking at the source :-(
