As of OSX Yosemite it looks like Apple have finally provided a hypervisor
API (Hypervisor.framework), so in theory it would be possible, yes.
It doesn't look like the API is wildly different from the KVM API,
so it ought not to require major surgery either (providing a new
accelerator to sit alongside tcg and kvm might be the cleanest
way to do it.)
