Now it works fine with the 64-bit OS and 64-bit CPU. But I am not able 
to see the mouse cursor until I open a Window in the guest OS.

Another problem is, If I use a 32-bit guest under 32 bit host operating 
system, it says:

Booting from cdrom...
Boot failed: Could not read from cdrom (code: 0003)
No bootable device.
