Something is broken, but I don't know what: Win-XP, virtio driver,
usb driver, qemu... ?

Perhaps yes. I've only tried 0.1-52 (version 0.1-59 does not load).
What version do you suggest?

Further information:
- It seems, that there is no such problem with only one nic.
- Now I've made the tests with virtio-win-0.1-52.iso, without any
  spice-guest-tools.
