[Qemu-discuss] Not able to install Win 98 guest on qemu 1.0 (ubuntu 12.04 amd64)

Hi!

I've searched a few days for tips to install a Win98 guest in qemu.
Nothing helps realy.
In the mailing list archive is nothing relatet to win98 or win95
The installation stops every time, as latest after hardware recognition.
Have there anyone a working win98 guest on linux?

I've tried qemu 1.0/1.2 on ubuntu amd64/ia32.
One of the best were:
qemu-system-i386 -hda win98_hda_raw -cdrom win98se.iso -M pc-0.13 -cpu 
pentium2
-rtc base=localtime -boot d -no-kvm  -m 64  -net none
