[Qemu-discuss] qemu not getting properly installed

I have downloaded qemu 1.0 source tar file from qemu site

Then I run

./configure

Make

Make install

 

 

But

# qemu –version

QEMU emulator version 0.14.50, Copyright (c) 2003-2008 Fabrice Bellard

 

The version still not get updated

Can anyone tell what to do
