There are some older Windows installers at: https://caeis.etech.fh-augsburg.de/downloads/windows/

I went to the PSP website and found that the file you have there for download is the same version as the one I have now 1.6.2-g78a33
I downloaded it anyway, ran the same program that uses the Descriptives and got the exact same results as before:  The numbers are wrong.  This is a report from the Florida voter registration list.  So, to make sure the Descriptive numbers were wrong, I ran PSPP code to select all of the voters of one party and compared their total to the Descriptive total and got, as expected, a much larger number than was on the Descriptive.

So, unless you can show me where this new version beyond 1.6.2-g78a33 can be found, I would like to get an older version to I can finish this project.

It would probably make more sense to use the newest version, since 1.6.2 is somewhat old.

My recent new SPP version is: GNU pspp 1.6.2-g78a33a.

Since I have been using it, the Descriptive feature is not working.  How can I get an older version?

I did not see a way to do that on your website.
