Hmm that is much better.

It seems your calls for pspp are successful.

For me

  mingw32-make check 
and
  mingw32-make check RUNEXE=wine

have the same result.  What is your call?

Further I see calls for pspp and not pspp.exe. Is this the same for you?

And the path for the pspp.exe is not mentioned in the path strings. Where can I add it?
