Interaction vs gsl_vector ?

The comments in src/math/interaction.c don't seem to match the
code.

The comment at the top of the file says: "An interaction isa gsl_vector ..."

But although the file #includes gsl_math and gsl_vector, so far as I can 
see, nothing from gsl is actually used.
