Make doesn't create libpsppire.dll

I don't know why, but make isn't creating libpsppire.dll, but creates
libpsppire.a and libpsppire.lai. Those dll isn't required to open
psppire, but if
you try to do anything, like a crosstab the program brokes with no
warning. I've found out the problem using a debug.

If I put an old version of this dll on the folder, the software works,
but It will be a problem on the future.

Any ideas?
