Details:

Here's a patch which implements the ONEWAY command.

It includes a new composite widget, PSPPIRE_ACR which is a treeview with 3
buttons to Add, Change or Remove entries.  This widget seems to crop up a lot
in other dialog boxes, so I think it will be generally useful.
