Re: pspp 0.4.0.1 test release

It compiles on BSD with GNU Make. 

The diff -B in the tests are still there, which will cause
BSD's diff to fail. (It's fixed in CVS and therefore may not
matter, bit I thought I'd mention it anyway.)
