Log message:
        * added support for specifying inheritance in zot. Syntax is
        
        table(parent):
        ...
        
        currently only useful for displaying tables with zot2dot in brief
        mode and using dot for the output. Still, it *is* useful, as it
        helped find some bugs in the ERD.
        
        * fixed bugs in the ERD discovered by correctly grouping
        inheritance-related tables (bank_account::bank_branch and
        third_party_cheque::bank(_branch)).
        
        * Another thing laid bare is that cheques (both third-party and not)
        should probably be a movement, and that all the movements should be
        entry- and account-related (or not). (FIXME).
