[Paparazzi-devel] MATEK H743 support?

I also bought a matek h743 (which i haven't got yet) so i tried to add 
support for it.

I t was hard and i had to change a lot of files so i don't know if i was 
successful, everything compiles fine but i don't have the board yet to 
test it.

I don't care about the board files as i now have a good idea how to 
create them but the adc.arch.c, uart.arch.c etc files that need updating.
