Hi Christophe,
Thanks for the answer, i will give attention to this issue. In fact my questions were more beginner ones :) Do i need to implement an additional module or etc. to adapt the control commands at the output of the mixer to the helis control inputs(i.e. to convert the pitch roll commands swashplate servo commands) . Or is there any related work on this currently, a special branch or sample airframe file ?
Thanks,
Kadir
Control loops are OK, but you must dampen the IMU sufficiently to overcome the typically very high vibrations of large rotors. Most good heli's with autopilot put their autopilot together with something heavy like a battery in a damped tray underneath.

Is it possible to adapt the multirotor autopilot somehow for a traditional helicopter? Do you think PPZ stabilization loops will have a good performance on a traditional heli (In fact i have no deeper knowledge on heli control theory, but i am aware that adaptive control is preferred generally on helis)? . Are there any other people who is working on this issue? Any ideas, clues about the airframe files or any other help will be very useful for me . Thanks in advance
