Here i what i came up with before my health problems but i only now found some to test it and write code for it.
It uses the olimex stm32f405 board and a daughter board i made.

I was able to flash the board as a user today by just adding me to the dialout group.
Now the only problem that i have is the speech dispatcher permission, it still gives me a "permission denied" error but i am confident that i will solve it.
