Hi Felix.
I want to say thank you for helping me solve this problem (i bet you 
have heard this a millin times or more :-) )
I was able to flash the board as a user today by just adding me to the 
dialout group.
Now the only problem that i have is the speech dispatcher permission, it 
still gives me a "permission denied" error but i am confident that i 
will solve it.
