Hi, a new NEO8 module for concurrent GPS and GLONASS use is available: http://www.drotek.fr/shop/en/home/512-ublox-neo-m8-gps-hmc5983-compass.html I think this can help in urban regions (multicopter) since the received satellites are doubled.
