Hello
You can use a ppm encoder board ( http://wiki.paparazziuav.org/wiki/PPM_Encoder) which generates a ppm signal from the pwm output of the receiver.
There are lots of chinese versions on hobbyking, ebay, ablibaba e.g. available.
Which receiver are you using ? Maybe there is already a internal ppm signal. (without any output pin, but you can solder a connection).
Best regards

Dear,
I am now running paparazzi of rotorcraft on stm32f407discovery,the IMU is
drotek 10dof v2,and I get raw data from all the sensors and it works
well, but finally I found that the f4discovery only receives the PPM input on
pin PC9,and my RECEIVER only generates PWM,how can I control the
boards,thanks!
Any help would be appreciated!
