[Paparazzi-devel] Several Issues about Purchasing Paparazzi Hardware

Hello,

We are a team formed by senior students in Shanghai China, planning to start a paparazzi project recently. After browsing the paparazzi wiki website for around two weeks, we have already got a general picture of the project. 

However, there is a serious Export Control issue we care about, can we buy hardware components from online store like PPZUAV, and then ship to us? Since we work on it as a capstone project, and the purpose of using those hardware is purely educational, in addition, an official proof would be provided by our Institute if needed.

Our question is simple, can we buy a paparazzi project package and deliver back to us, from any vendor?

If you understand our situation, can you provide us with reference about the U.S. Export Control laws on the paparazzi project hardware?
