Hallo Joseph,

the code is in sw/airborne/point.c. It was used in some other planes 
than the Twinstar, e.g. the Slicer. Just search for point.c in the 
airframes directory.

You have to set the servo range in the servos CAM_PAN/_TILT and the 
corresponding angles in the CAM PAN_* and TILT_* section. It needs some 
documentation...
